At The TSUI Group, the work we do may revolve around projects, schedules, milestones and complex capital programs, but behind every successful outcome are people.

The holiday season gave our team an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day work and spend time together in a different setting — sharing a meal, reconnecting with colleagues and celebrating the relationships that make what we do possible.

Our holiday gathering brought together members of The TSUI Group corporate team, project teams, colleagues and guests for an evening centered simply around connection and appreciation.

Throughout the night, conversations moved beyond meetings, deliverables and project updates. It was a chance to catch up, laugh together and recognize the people whose experience, collaboration and commitment continue to move our work forward.

That sense of connection is especially meaningful for a team like ours. The TSUI Group works across major programs and organizations throughout Southern California, including Los Angeles Unified School District and Los Angeles Community College District. While our teams may spend their days working in different offices, campuses and project environments, gatherings like this bring everyone back together.

Celebrating More Than a Year of Work

A year-end celebration isn’t only about looking back at completed work.

It’s also an opportunity to recognize the relationships built along the way.

The people seated around these tables represent different roles, backgrounds and areas of expertise, but each contributes to a shared purpose: serving our clients with integrity, collaboration and personal care.

Those values are central to The TSUI Group’s mission and continue to shape not only how we approach our projects, but how we build our team.
