About Jacob Tsui

CEO & President 

Jacob Tsui is the Founder & CEO of The TSUI Group and has over 20 years of professional experience in design and construction management. He is a versatile executive manager with a demonstrated history of winning work & executing projects.

Prior to starting The TSUI Group, Jacob worked for Jacobs, as an Operations and Sales Lead, Southern California Leadership Team, involved in winning key projects such as a 5 year $100M LACCD Program Management Contract and a 10 year $30M Los Angeles County Internal Services Division (ISD) FOS (Program & CM Contact).

Jacob is a Christian and his faith is a big part of his life. He is a husband married to Victoria, and a father of two kids – Isaiah (13) and Zemira (9). His passion is to serve God by blessing others (a big reason for starting The TSUI Group), enjoys hanging with his family, and surfing.

About Kirby Chong

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Kirby Chong is the Chief Financial Officer for the Tsui Group with over 20 years of experience in Financial Management. He is very familiar with Educational Clients in the Southern California region. Kirby’s last position was with LAUSD’s LA’s Best, after school care program, a non profit organization where he served for over 13 years as their financial lead.

Kirby is a Christian and his faith is a big part of his life. He is a family man and enjoys vacationing with his family, camping, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

About Pam Noritake

Corporate Operations Manager

Pam Noritake is the Corporate Operations Manager for the Tsui Group with over 20 years of experience leading companies in Human Resource and People Management. Pam holds a Master’s Degree in Business from Biola University and is integral in supporting all Corporate Operational needs.

Pam is a Christian and her faith is a big part of her life. She is married with 4 kids and enjoys hiking and spending time with her family.
